Update

Here on the farm we are pickling beets (last ones for this year I'll grow our own next year)
Got the cuc's washed and going to can our pickles tomorrow. We have two pear trees and it looks like we'll try canning pears this fall. Pecans will be ready in the fall too. Yipee!!
